The reason Apple has taken over in Australia is because every network offers the phone. Every single one of my friends has one, girl or guy. Facebook, What'sapp, Skype, Words with friends, banking.. everyone says they can no longer live without it.

This one is pure speculation. And stupid speculation at that.

Why does everyone here attack anyone that doesn't like something Apple is bringing out? I don't like this air and I think Steve Jobs talks too much -- by talking as much trash as he does he eventually looks like a hypocrite. I want an updated Mac…

I'm sorry. I love Apple, but Steve's comments were unnecessary. When you're winning you should remain classy.

It's really starting to sound like Apple and Google are no longer friends.

LOL, i just watched the ad. It actually makes people want to buy a Mac lol. "I guess i'm not cool enough to be a Mac person" .. oh dear Yeah, lets advertise being cheap! Sure the economy is not doing so well, but given Apple's sales results…

All the report says is that it's not a windows netbook. It could be Linux or Symbian. I doubt Apple will be releasing a netbook. Their notebook sales have not slowed and netbook profits are not high compared.

Telstra in Australia has already upgraded to 21mbps.
