I believe you can select the option to auto login thru the login preferences.

Clie's are very nice PDA's. I have a 710 that I upgraded to their 4.1 OS and it runs great although syncing it to my mac has been a general pain. Picked up the missing sync and it seems to work alright although I am looking for native OSX software…
