  • The only options for the list display are the company check box and first/last or last/first. Other than that, AddressBook takes whatever is filled in, in the order shown, from the first section of the fields and uses that as the list name. I don't …
  • You can easily turn on nicknames in Preferences > Templates > Add Field > Nickname. If you do not supply a real name, then the nickname will be the name that that entry is listed under.
  • Mailing labels is easy, just choose Print, and pick the label style that matches the labels you have. Hold down option to and AddressBook will highlight the group(s) that the selected card is in. Preferences > General > Display Order: Fr…
  • G5 eMac will be right after the G5 iBook (meaning not for a long ol' time). \ What strange chemical vapors are you being exposed to, the eMac is the super low end bottom of the barrel, last to be looked at, Mac.
  • It is nice to see appleinsider.com back to pointing somewhere other than the spiffy server a made a boo boo page. It is one of my pet peeves when a server without the www. goes nowhere. I just hate it.

  • Not as fun as the last video. Not nearly as much time put into making the screen look like stuff is really happening. Lots of that label maker stuff and fun warnings all over the Handspring Prism used in the shoot.
  • I don't see that anyone realizes that this is a really tall, really skinny tower. Perhaps with the addition of a lead weight or suction cups at the bottom the thing would be somewhat stable. [code] +---+ | | | | | | | | | | | | …

  • I wouldn't trade my USB keyboard with its lovely power key for a gold keyboard with platinum trim, unless it too had a power key. My tower is burried under my desk where it belongs making he trip to its button a long and dangerous trek. What I wo…
  • [quote]A fine grid of wires behind the screen picks up the changing magnetic field and determines where the pen tip is. This will have to be very precise, for drawing at least. Hmmm.... what if the pen is slanted? The cursor will be in a new place.…
