I like the new tabs. They take up less space and allow for the possibility for multiple rows of tabs. I believe they are distinct enough from buttons in their appearance that it shouldn't be any real problem.

I think it's odd that the 10.3 image opened by default into Preview, but the 11 image opened by default in Photoshop... Regardless, it was probably just a small mistake.
