Well, even if Dell intends to build this Adamo as their icon, it's still someone else's icon(Apple) since they simply copied the others' idea rather than building it all on their own. It is at least a good thing for consumers though, as it will some…

It's also 190MB here for my Late 2007 iMac. But it is 377MB for my Late 2008 MacBook. Anyone knows why there is such a difference?

I'm not having any issue with my new macbook, despite that I am let down by the original 5400rpm hdd after trying out a WDC Scorpio Black 7200rpm hdd. I switched back to the original one because the new macbook is too nice to have any noticeable vib…

I also replaced the HDD with WD Scorpio Black 320GB 7200RPM. I feel more vibration from the HDD than the one comes with Apple and the fan is on almost all the time, but it is not unbearable and it is much faster.

well, my MacBook is actually the baseline one and has no backlit keyboard, but I still am able to see the keys in a dim (not quite dark) room with the help of the screen.

I have just received my aluminium macbook today and both of hinge and trackpad are so much better the previous plastic macbook. The hinge is not as stiff as the white one but it isn't loose either. It's just perfect. I had been playing around with t…

The majority here in AI are pro(No I am not) so you can pretty much expect the option of that it is a deal breaker to outnumber the other one, but I wonder it could be said the same to the Vast majority in the market. I am sure Apple has done enough…

I hope we are going to see Mini feature in the iMac event next month as the "One more thing". I really wanna get my parents a mini to save them from all those Windows hassles.

"A backlit keyboard can be ordered as a custom option on the lower end new MacBook" How do I order this as a custom option? I didn't see it when I ordered it, neither do I browsing the configure the page now.

I have no idea how Apple describe in their US online store since it's always "We will be back soon", but in the Norwegian store, it is stated that only the $1599 has illuminated keyboard. There are also someone wondering why the price of the whit…

Ireland gonna love it if it turns out to be true

I have to agree with wobegon. For the average consumers, it is really the least feature to use the internal disc drive. I would really welcome an option to not include the internal disc drive to get the MacBook much lighter and thinner, and of cours…

some people have been questioning this MacBook rumour during this economic situation, but I would say it's an even worse decision to not introduce a new MacBook now. I mean, come on, only new iPods for this holiday season?
