ApplePay would be too slow for public transit use, especially in Asia where people are streaming through the fare gates. Having to stand there and adjust your finger on the button until it accepts is way slower than the typical NFC acceptance.

Some day China will shut Apple down. Just as they do with all foreign companies threatening to take too much business from domestic competitors: YouTube, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, and now Pinterest.

I've tried a bunch of these alternative calendar apps, but I always end up going back to the Apple supplied one. he alternatives always have some dealbreaker.
