I hope you'll forgive me for not being terribly impressed by a 26% increase to something virtually nonexistent. Good for the iPad, but a drop in the computer industry's bucket.

You could also learn to type correctly. Something I suck at, but I know many people who never need to look at their keyboards.

It's MLC, and four flash chips means four channels. Write cycles are probably standard for MLC but the Toshiba controller they're using is good at wear leveling. At least, the 64GB one only has four flash chips.

A 1.4 GHz Core 2 Duo is faster than what I was using just two years ago, and I did what I had to do then.

DDR2 prices have gone way up in the last year, but you're talking about FB-DIMMs, not normal DDR2. Those were always frickin' expensive.
