At this point, does it really matter? I mean, are there people that were really waiting for the white iPhone 4 this long just to purchase it now? If anything, Apple might as well wait until the iPhone 5, as it's been 9-10 months since WWDC 2010.

I don't think we'll see a removal of the SuperDrive until the Mac App Store is much more robust (around this time next year).
