That was actually my original plan (purchasing a 360), even if it's inferior to PC gaming. I'm not in sunlight (basement), and I did like the Gloss effect. For music, I am creating compositions for video games. The video editing is more school relat…

I forgot to add, it would have been preferable to have it before January 31st.

iMac updated, or new Apple Cinema Displays with iSight, Upgraded specs, and reduced price.

I suppose. But does it hurt to ask for a little better performance? Hell, even the MacBook Pro's GPU could be considered better (nVidia 8600). A freaking Laptop. That's a little bit sad, IMO. All I'm asking is for it to not be 2 years behind-wise in…

I would, but it's almost double the price of the iMac with the simple things. A bit absurd for just a better GPU, no?

The ATi 2600 sucks. It's almost a year-old card. All many people are asking is for one new GPU, like the nVidia 8800 GT. Or at least make the damn thing cheaper. I'm stuck in the middle here. The Mac Pro is missing features I want, and costs a bl…

Okay, thanks guys. You did understand that I meant 3 or 4 ATi 2600s, right? In SLi? Together? It's just, they're only $50/$100 more, and I see no reason not to get it if it's better. But by the sounds of things, the nVidia 8800 is still better.

Just a warning, the Mac world event is just around the corner. New hardware might be introduced, which could bring down the prices of somethings you want to buy. In other words, if you can, wait till the end of January. THEN buy a Mac.

From the month that I've been here, and been observing... iPhone: A little update will be here, such as 16 GB versions. I somehow think it'll be 20 GB for some odd reason, but there we go. The point is, there will likely be a slight update. Mayb…

Thanks guys. I'll try and get a demo of FCS2 then, or try it out somewhere. Yep, I was planning on waiting for the Mac Event. Does it end at the end of January, or earlier/later? If I recall, it's January 18th (I'll check myself again). I'm wi…

Thanks guys. So you suggest FCS2, the entire package? And I forgot to ask, is Shake worth it too? Finally, totally unreleated, is .4 GHz in CPU speed worth an extra $250?

It's a bit rude to just sign up onto a forum, and then post your own site, isn't it?

Looked at the page earliar, and it confused me. X_X I remember something about an AAC file on my sister's computer - Which completely confused me, as I'd use the format myself, except none of my programs export it. And She uses iTunes. No offense…

I can usually tell the difference, but only when compared. I can sometimes pick up when it's 128 kbps, and I can definitely tell when it's 96 kbps. I always save my music at 320 kbps myself. Do you think I should just stick to 192? Or stick the b…

I just noticed something... http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/memor...re_2_Duo/DDR2/ What's the difference between "Upgrade" and "Upgrade Kit"? Edit: I suppose Upgrade Kit = x2.

^ You should notice you can run more heavy based programs without as much slowdown. On a side note, I don't understand the warning about static shock. If I follow the instructions in the Apple Manual, I'll be okay?
