I’ve been calling out similar hypocrisy and ignorance for years. Back in the physical software days, when most software products (and virtually all from smaller, independent software publishers) were distributed to retailers via distributors like I…

Tim Cook tells users how to live their lives and limits what they can view in apps? That’s news to me. Please give specific examples. Because I don’t know of a single website (including violence and porn) that can’t be accessed by Safari. And t…

I believe that a cop WILL want to take the phone back to the police car just as they take your license, registration and insurance certificate back to their car to type your info into their computer to see if there are unpaid tickets or outstanding …

Good for Apple, but unless NSO was violating copyright or parents or Apple’s licensing agreements, they might not have a case (unfortunately).

Yes, it took exactly 29 days to receive my IPhone 13 Pro, a few days short of Apple’s original outside projection. It arrived on 10/26. Apple’s original projection was between 10/26 and 11/3.

This seems a bit strange considering all the OLED TV’s out there at relatively low cost (although obviously not as low as the $200-$400 non-OLED TV’s one can find at Big Box stores). But maybe Apple was intending to build-in some more advanced tech…

When I watched the beginning of the overall presentation, it got me pissed off. Maybe I'm just too old (I was around for the original Mac and the Apple ]['s before it), but I thought the music sucked; I'm not interested in Apple's earbuds because …
