By the time the real product is offered I am completely disinterested in it or what it does or fails to do. It's a pocket computer.

Copying and duplicating is what Asian commerce is based on, I believe, and we see more copies of Western products in Asia than anywhere else. Check out China's copies of Western automobiles! The value of a patent does not bestow easy infringement. …

There are some pretty sophisticated ventilation systems out there. Take Norstrom for example. Their stores have a special fragrance that is used throughout the store in order to keep the shopping experience pleasant. Apple stores I believe, do no…

All the stores I've been in smell from sneakers, BO, dirty hair, bad breath, and .... People are jammed in to the stores with the door a the far end I've been remarking on this issue for years!

As I see it it's not the product but functions it delivers. Keep in mind the Star Trek model. No one wore jewelry of any kind! And they certainly didn't need an iPhone! Perhaps something to think about.

Oh great! Another case. Between this, a Mophie and the shell I need to use lenses I'd be turning blue taking them on and off several times daily. Time to get a few more iPhones!

What boring news. All variations (not innovations) on a theme. Where's the hand-held "tricorder"? The diagnostic wifi wrist band for patients in hospital? The low cost GPS for hikers and kids so anyone can locate them? Yup, good stuff but boring.

Clever idea, really, but not too well thought out. Needs a battery extender and input extender as well as sound enhancement engineering. It's a one trick pony not considering the multi-enhancement model in order to attract different vertical groups!…

Great idea. Someone needs to teach etiquette. But Contacts can't even pick up and fill in location or city from previously entered data. Duh! Fix and improve what's there now?

OMG do we miss SJ or what? Fab analysis and well written. We are lucky to have such journalism.

Steve Jobs said the phone would meet the tablet. One hand operation isn't going to restrict size as voice operation tech gets better and stops relying on Internet connection AND people get better at dictation. The gyros in the phones will become bet…

Steve Jobs said there would come a time when the tablet would have phone capability. It's a necessary ability. Having experienced a phone with a larger than iPhone screen I'd say they are a far greater hit than a wrist-based product. Bravo! Can't w…

There is a tremendous amount of passion in the responses to this story. Many of us forget that large companies like Disney rely on Adobe products and it is their voices that will be "heard" as well in this matter. Most of Disney has, I believe, n…

Funny stuff. How high is up? I own CS2, 3, 5 and do most of my work on CS2! I don't need anything but more time to use the tools I have. The subscription idea is nice but not practical. The idea of someone controlling my work is quite distasteful. …

Mophie makes a great product. We nee to know more about new products and how they compare with similar products in the marketplace. Thanks.

BN has had poor tech support and customer service. The devices are good. It's not the platform, folks. They didn't follow the leaders in support.

As a seasoned reporter AND photographer AND a guy with a journalism degree my take on this is quite serious. It's not only an unprofessional move that will yield unprofessional results but also puts the responsibility of taking good/representative p…

Apple need answer only one question in this whole affair; did Apple do anything unlawful? If the answer is "no" the matter should be dismissed.. This is a business issue note a moral issue. Washington, it would seem, is treating the morality of th…

When I contemplate a wrist product I wonder: we gave up and freed ourselves of the shackle of a wrist watch when our smartphone tells perfect time, sets itself to the local time wherever we are and is always accurate. Execpt for the fad factor why …

I own CS 2, 3, 4 , and 5. I was a loyal and active member of the now-disbanded Adobe Service Network. I demoed and taught on them all. I like CS2 and 5. I am confident CS6 is probably adequate for most in the field. I think the subscription idea i…
