All you need is the basic adaptors. You don't need the apple specific ones. Traveled all over Europe with a cheap adaptor kit and never had a problem with my laptop(Wallstreet) or iPod.

I have the Olympus C-750. 4MP and a 10X zoom lens. I love it. Takes great pictures and the zoom is wonderful. My only two complaints might be that the menu system is a little over complicated and I have to remove the batteries to recharge them.

I had the same problem last week with my HP G85 after doing the initial 10.2.8 update. After I installed the new and improved 10.2.8 everything went back to working fine, so maybe this will help you too if you haven't done it.
