I doubted it when I first read the news. It's too good to be true. This is US; what do you expect? In the rest of the world, different carriers usually just share the same 3G bands, which means you can carry your phone from one carrier to another.…

I don't Apple will ever make any effort to make the iPhone compatible with T-Mobile's 3G frequency because the market is just too small. They should pray that the baseband chip Apple chose to put in iPhone 5 will just happen to support their AWS ban…

I don't understand why this is a news. A person with little computer knowledge should know this from day 1. It's two different architectures. That's also one of the reasons why Apple won't release MBA with a ARM CPU. You will start with 0 apps! W…

This should have happened way earlier considered that Nokia likes to put S60 in a dumb phone and calls it a smartphone, e.g. this no-3g, no-gps smartphone in 2010

9% for WM? Who are still buying WM? Which 2010/2011 phone has WM? HD2? 2009? Is this survey just BS?

I still don't believe this. Compared to smartphone's volume, TV's volume is very low. Several people share one TV and you'll have replaced your smartphone several times before you get a new TV.

A black model? Like this one?

I think most of these analysts forget the fact that most of Nokia's "smartphone" market share is from their low-end devices which should not be categorized as smartphone to begin with. They put S60 on phones without 3G and GPS and call them smartpho…

I don't think they will remove the home button on iPhone. It's not because it serves other purposes besides going to the home screen like other people said. There are 4 more physical buttons/switch in addition to the home button, so if there is a ne…

Quote: It will, however, be slower than the best spots on AT&T's existing network, which can provide real world data downloads at speeds of 3.5 to 5 Mbps. 3.5Mbps to 5Mbps is the best? That's only considered "good" on my T-Mobile. I consta…
