  • I have a "friend" who has Panther 7B53 and a 500mhz iBook with 384MB of RAM and and 10 GB hard drive. "My friend" said that it runs quite a bit faster than Jaguar. Specifically dragging windows around showed a huge improvement, as well as with windo…
  • I have a few thoughts on this subject. First, I do believe that the fusion bomb is many times more humanitary than the fission bomb. The reason for this is that the lasting effects of that type of reaction are much smaller, despite the larger imm…

  • I don't know of any programs to do that, however it would be fairly easy to create a folder actions script in Panther to accomplish the same thing. You could place that folder in the dock and give it a custom icon. In fact... that sounds like a real…
  • So where exactly is the proof that Opteron is faster than a G5? Or cheaper? Matter of fact... while you have accused everyone else of lying, can you back up any of your claims other than the fact that there's eventually going to be a version of W…

  • Transmit (http://panic.com/) It's shareware, but the messages that pop up reminding you to register are hilarious.
  • It looks like a video adapter... perhaps from a PB 2400? I don't know for sure. This should be under "Genius Bar"
