  • Apple is the only major computer maker still using PC133/100 SDRAM with FSB of 100 Mhz. Come on already! eMac could use an update too.

  • I got many peripherals from Dell including my 21" Trinitron, 20GB iPod, Axim PDA, and a 120GB HD - all through Dell and all at the absolutely lowest retail price possible at the time. Much thanks to sites like techbargains, gotapex, Eugene, and mos…

  • Come on, Amorph, that is just tendentious. And this holding Apple to higher standard stuff is really just more bias. The same bias that says Dell will release crap. Therefore, even if Dell releases something good, you will just say well, at le…
  • Well, the thing is, with Apple computers, you cannot really shop around all that much. Most retailers have similar prices with a few cheap freebies thrown in. With PC retailers, you HAVE to shop around if you don't want to pay retail prices. In…

  • The Soldam is slightly tilted to allow the intake hole on the bottom to suck in more air. And yes, it does have an AGP slot. Quiet? Well, it is extremely well built, a lot quieter than most SFF PCs out there but definitely not silent.
