Dr. Bott makes a ADC KVM switch. I don't think I've ever seen a DVI Apple 17" LCD display, they were all ADC.

Don't forget the IceLink from www.dension.com that lets you use your iPod with your factory radio and some aftermarket head units. Has gotten mixed reviews, but better than FM modulator or casette adapter.
