one suggestion i have is to insulate the bathrooms and laundry rooms. it helps keep the sound from the washer/dryer and the "human" sounds in the rooms. its an inexpensive upgrade and you will notice the difference.

Well, archive and install with all teh bells and wistles and still same issue. I appreciate all the help. If anyone has any other ideas I am open to them. Randy

i thought that if the word had a short 'o' vowel sound as opposed to long 'o' after the h it was proper to use 'an '. an honest mistake a hopeless situation but usually i use whatever sounds right

ihave never reloaded my macs since I first loaded OSX 10.2 which i installed on my quicksilver 867 back in the day. My imac g5 1.8 has always just been updated as new releases come out. I am on leopard now with no troubles. YMMV though
