While I'm all in favor of lessening carrier control over the devices we use, or how we use them, I don't like this anorexic drive to make devices so thin. The current iPod Touch is already thin enough imo, thinner would mean having to get unnecessar…

Again I am glad I didn't update my ATV. What's Apple thinking, they can't fix something without breaking something else? I will keep my ATV the way it came from the store in January, no more updates.

Glad I didn't have the time last night to update my ATV. I will wait until the next update, or when firmware kinks are ironed out.

I don't like this trend to ever thinner devices. There's a point where I want something substantial to hold, not a paper thin thinggy that gets blown away by the wind. Exaggeration aside, if Apple is so intent on killing the 3.5mm audio jack, at lea…

Wonder if we will be able to play iPhone/iPod games through AirPlay and ATV. Too bad my amp doesn't have optical in, I still need some kind of D/A converter for that.

No mention of the display yet... as of 1:32pm anyway.

Personally I would like Apple to use tungsten carbide. Aside from the weight issue, it's a very tough metal (not indestructible though). I've tried scratching my tungsten ring with concrete, high speed steel, anodized aluminum... no scratches at all…

I didn't see any other companies join Intel in developing this technology. Apple has every right to first dibs on Thunderbolt.

So it was a bug... I woke 30 min late today, thought I was late to this wedding I'm working today. C'mon, fix these alarm clock bugs already!

They just HAD to get one more patent lawsuit before the end of the year

Good to hear not all manufacturing is China bound, though I bet the bulk of employees at these factories won't be Japanese at all.

All my DSLRs are black, and none have light leaks, except for really long exposures with the optical viewfinder open - they all have viewfinder covers or shutters for those instances. But body color shouldn't be a factor at all, the camera/lens sect…
