I think it's a bit off that you need to get a 15 inch machine at a much higher price before you actually get a graphics card these days. The 13 inch MBP should at least have the option of one.

"For its part, HTC officials said earlier this month they believe Apple would rather sue than compete "fairly in the market." " As opposed to HTC who would rather rip stuff off than compete fairly in the market.

Apple always recognised that they needed to pay Nokia for these licenses (they are mainly to do with mobile phone technology Nokia developed with others well before Apple got into phones). The dispute was over the terms. Nokia were demanding larger …

It's not surprising. All these smartphones out there rely on the 'it's kinda like an iPhone, but cheaper' argument.

I wouldn't put too much credence in the Daily Mail, it's far from a quality newspaper (search for Daily Mail headline generator) and most stories are based on substances either curing or causing cancer. It's more likely they've just copied the story…

That's not a problem, they pull they're stuff from iTunes and more people will pirate it. They'll do great from that won't they? Sony lost the plot years ago.

I imagine as long as it keeps selling Apple will keep it. A product like this is basically free money as all the development costs are long recovered and the production lines are already set up for it.

I have a netgear router and I thoroughly regret that fact everytime I have to get up and go and switch it off and on again because it gets confused when there are too many packets going through it.

Unfortunately I don't see the Apple TV making it so far in the UK (possibly Europe as a whole). Mainly because we'll still end up behind the US on the TV shows, there's no point in this if all you can rent are shows that were on TV in the US a year…

I've always found the forums really helpful and I don't see that a load of pointless social networking garbage is going to anything other than clutter the thing up.

"We all take our ITV brand very seriously and we'll do everything in our power to protect it." Anyone who's ever seen ITV knows how awful everything on it is, so I don't see how they manage to get on their high horse with this.

Sony will do the same as they do with all their products and make it a real pain to actually get games onto the thing and massively overprice the thing. I used to have a great Sony Trinitron TV I'd plug my Amiga into, I think that was the last piece…
