Why say "burglarized" when you can use burgled? It's like saying "stolenized" instead of stolen or "thieverization" instead of thievery.

I'm sure Twitter would do even worse. Both it and FB are pretty old-hat and they don't really have a reliable business model (I dropped Twitter for similar reasons to dumping FB).

Dumping Facebook (for the second and final time) is the best thing I have done in many years. I actually talk to people again, I'm no longer a sellable commodity (if it's free - YOU are the product) and I don't feel I'm being tracked and analysed …

What I'd really like to know is how to delete this bloatware from my Macs and iOs devices (plus Dashboard and Launchpad). If I wanted pap like this I could buy a windows machine.

C'mon appleinsider, does anyone actually proofread these posts because this one has a glaring mistake... "Without user tracking data, it is estimated that ad networks could " Could what exactly?

The German postal service is obviously far to efficient!

Strikes me that all this stuff is already being done by various other companies and is mostly old ideas that is fairly standard usage for professional riders nowadays. I don't see how they can patent it. Heads up display is new I agree (and possi…

The chances of me buying an iPhone or iPad are diminishing rapidly. One of the things I really like about mobileme is that there are no ads, I guess that too will change. There is no way Apple will allow someone to sell an "iBlock" app.

An excellent reason not to buy an iPhone or iPad despite the improvements of iPhone 4.0. This really could be the first spadeful of earth on the coffin of Adobe Flash, especially if Apple do release the rumoured HTML5 authoring tools.

iAd would only be a service if it blocks ads. If, as you suggest, it pushes ads I wonder how many people will not upgrade to 4.0 just to avoid the marketing crap? Hopefully (though I doubt it) you'll be switch off iCrap or whatever the marketi…

Errmm.... These folks (Streaming Learning Center) sell flash lessons. Conflict of interest? Protecting their interests? Dunno, what do you think?

Personally I would pay for e-newspapers with no adverts but to pay for ads is frankly stupid (IMO). I'm sure there are lots of people who are willing to pay for the NYT but this article is just tracking the decline of the newspaper business and s…

Although I really like using Aperture for it's ease of use and flexibility I think Apple has missed it's chance to dominate with their product. I finally took the plunge and downloaded LR 3 (beta) today and the little playing I have done with it …
