I don't know... it reeks of the old spymac era pre expo rumors of yore... Why do all these "spy photos" have to be so darned blurry and "crumpled"? If you ask me, it's probably just a means to compensate for the fact that the 3D image he created …

If they don't stream it via QuickTime but are streaming it in local Apple stores, could this simply be a means to get people in the stores to sell product immediately after the keynote? It sounds like a reasonable strategy to me...

Heres to hoping that the Hypertransport consortium becomes to Apple what the CHRP spec always promised to do. Common specs + multiple vendors (apple, amd and who else?) = cheaper prices for everyone. From what I gathered the first area we will see t…

Hypertransport as I understand it... does not necessarily need to be used throughout the system. I can see where they'd use it to connect the two processors in a dual chip computer but let the front-side bus be something different. Though it is …

Quote: Originally posted by Kickaha No, what you've done is have the external disk hold the files, and the CPU on the motherboard run the OS. Period. That's the way it works. SO... to run MacOS X on an *x86* machine would require an *x86* ve…
