Ha! From the source of Apple's iWork page. Sorry if everyone's already seen this before. I was looking for similarities from Pages' html. Quote: Contact Us | Terms of Use | Privacy Policy Copyright &co…

Dreamweaver is slower than my dead grandmother. It doesn't make any difference, anyways. Pages' html is supposed to really suck, probably worse than Word's. http://webstandards.org/#a000478

If a database application was added to iWork, maybe it would facilitate Pages's functionalities as a web design application? Something along the lines of making customizable photo galleries, blogs, personal homepages, etc.

Ick. Ick! Get away! What is this morbid fascination with fitting the bloated capabilities of a dektop into your pocket? When you're on the go, your interests are particularly defined (otherwise you wouldn't be on the go). What could you possibly …

That patent for rotating a display is for the iMac. It's just now finally being approved. What's the average wait time on a patent? 3 years? It can be as much as a decade for drugs..

Quote: Uh, it won't be out for a few months, so... There were videos of Jaguar in action months before it came out. I'd like to see more of what Motion actually is than having to guess and wait.

Perhaps a moderator can edit the poll, adding another option for "Jobs saving face"..?

Everyone seems to think of a tablet as writing tool, and downplay it as such, when its strength is in drawing and illustrating. If you wanted a computer for word processing and sending emails, buy a $200 used iBook. Am I unique in that I am an ar…

Is your tablet pressure sensitive? Those are more expensive - I wonder if they're worth it, and if so, maybe I might as well buy a tablet pc, and if so, maybe I should just wait for Apple to make one ...

Oh, I thought I said I tried the lock switch No matter. May I ask, how much was the repair? Or was it under warranty? I've discovered that I don't really need a fancy scanner, just something that can bring in pencil sketches. Or maybe - I could …

The dock shouldn't go away, it just needs to be made more versatile, with alternative options. If I can customize the toolbar in Finder windows to show words instead of icons, I should be able to do that with the dock too. Someone should reall…

No, no, no. Apple retired the rainbow logo years ago.

I've been trying it and it only looks like I can view the contents of the DVD, and not open or copy the files. Is something wrong does that sound right? I appreciate the help.

Oh my god, the best part was when everyone hooted and roared when the Ellen Feiss ad came up.

is it unusual for Steve to 'note a Paris expo? Especially since he doesn't speak French. Perhaps he's just announcing a new Apple store in Paris or something else more specific for their market.

The same thing happened to me when I moved my Quicksilver home for the winter once. Resetting the PMU made everything just fine and dandy. It's a small black button right next to the battery on the logic board. Be sure to ground yourself properly an…
