• I know that my old Fujitsu sucked A#$. I like Gon, lost data on numerous occasions. My new Hitachi 7K60 rocks! The Hitachi drive was well worth the additional cost.

• I have XP and Win 2K loaded in my VP 6.1, and I noticed that 2K loads faster and is a bit less sluggish than XP. However, I am using a PB and a slow HD, so I would recommend, or wish I had, a faster HD.

• I am considering a new PB too, but I think I will wait for the G5 next fall. However, if I had a G3 PB then my view might be different. But, these new 15? PB are very nice and are cheaper than when I bought mine in November 2001.
