Have any of you read the HG Wells short story, The Country of the Blind? A sighted person discovers a valley where everyone is blind, and thinks to himself, "In the valley of the blind, the one-eyed man is king." The reader begins by thinking the si…

I expect Apple will be there soon with regard to original content for TV. At $15 million an episode, and with only ~4 original shows, good luck Tim. Wish Apple would stick to making innovative software and hardware, and leave the content, whether it…

Why is the HomePod a flop? Honestly i dont think its the price, though the high price hasnt helped. Apple watch is expensive but it has gained a following. I think it has more to do with the fact that Apple people value their privacy. Siri is the le…

It is a no brainer that this model will outsell the top of the line XS and XS Max, because it is well, I was going to say affordable, but let's revise that to less expensive. The question is how much better is it selling than the premium phones Appl…

Rather than getting more in bed with China, Apple should help Japan and S. Korea sort this out, and keep diversifying the supply chain.

I'm sure that casting spells is exactly the way Gates viewed Jobs. Gates is a plugger, and no dummy, but he was also very lucky to be in the right place at the right time. Gates has never had taste or an eye for design. He remains extremely envious …

Jony will continue to work with Apple, but it will require a special adapter.

Jony is quitting because he couldn't stand working in that horrible round building, and he couldn't find any way to make the MacBook any thinner. Haha.

There is a market for a waterproof phone. Seal it up. Use bluetooth speaker and mic, and wireless charging, and call it the iPhone Sport series. It's not necessarily for everyone, but I think a lot of people would buy one. It would allow Apple to p…

The old MacPro fits the gap pretty well for this missing machine, if Apple would price it realistically. A desktop better than the mini but not as capable as the pro, priced in the middle. It could sell. All they'd need to do is update the ports.

I always found the dashboard annoying. Why an entirely different interface with new rules? And if you're using one of the widgets, such as the calculator, you have to keep going back and forth between the two interfaces. Bad user-interface design.

Apple is fixing this. For those who want to pay less and are fine with buying below top-of-the-line, this option has been removed.

Funny nobody is stealing Jony's butterfly keyboard design.

There are lots of elements to this question. Back before Apple had its own retail stores, Apple Authorized Service Providers used to sell and repair Macs using Apple trained technicians, using genuine Apple parts. While Apple has never been particul…
