I think a larger iPad is a great idea for industry applications. Go for it!

MSFT is probably collecting the iPads so they can give them out to MSFT employees. That way they will have a tablet that they can actually (and want to actually) use.

Barclay's could use "a Siri-like moment" to differentiate its analyst dribble from the competition.

Of course, because Apple doesn't have any experience shipping devices with displays and such. This is all totally new to them and they don't know how to figure things out so everything will be delayed.

Translation: $MSFT is paying for all the marketing costs so we have nothing to lose ourselves.

Of course, in order to sell the products in America they will have to put a warning on the box... "Warning: You will not be warned about using this cable."

So in summary, every time Apple releases a new product or OS there are users who report wifi and battery life issues.

You're welcome

It mostly to do with the timing of the iMac refresh. Desktops are still 20% of Apple's computer sales. The refresh has put a pause on sales. The 21" model is basically unavailable for a month and the 27" model is unavailable for two months.

The update also seems to break the Facebook app. Crashes every time I open it now.
