I looked at Amazon's website and noticed that the prices listed in the article for e-ink readers are "With special offers". Kindle: $79 with special offers, $109 without Kindle Touch: $99 with special offers, $139 without Kindle Touch 3g: $149…

What about the release of iOS 5, for those of us that don't need a new phone?

I don't own one, but the Barnes and Noble Nook Color as done a decent job of avoiding a direct comparison to the iPad. Why would anyone release anything that is "supposed to be poor"? I don't care if its a tablet or a bar of soap. If the answer…

What was AOL dialup great at? I remember back in the 90's getting endless busy signals until AOL was sued for breach of contract. What was Borders great at? Barnes and Noble always had a better selection of books. I finally stopped referring to Bord…

Bring it down to $49 and I will consider it (Hey I bought 2 $99 Touchpads for my kids). Better throw in a file too because the 7" screen is too small.

I did the same thing. 2 for my kids for Christmas. They don't care about the os, apps, speed, multitasking or battery life. They want to surf the web and play games on kids websites, most of which use Flash. The Touchpads didn't cost me a fortune an…

What about apps that you purchase for the first time? I don't think the article addressed that. When I purchase an app, iOS kicks me back to the homepage. Then I have to go back into the App Store to browse for other apps. Very annoying.

The only definite thing I take from this article is that the total percentage of Android phones on all US carriers is 100%. The rest of the comparison is meaningless. Did Verizon's actual number of units sold fall? From reading this article, who kn…

This goes in the category of "duh".

I predict this move will squeeze out other Android licensees. There is a reason Microsoft did not build computers. I doubt this will have much effect on Apple.

These services, while convenient, pay next to nothing. $245 for my 32GB iPhone 4 in great condition??? I might as well take it to a pawn shop.

Slow news day? Oh wait, the DOW was down 634 and AAPL was down $20.

My Brother driver update was only 16.6MB. Delta change, perhaps?

I never understood the purpose of Google TV. Dishnetwork resells it for "only" $179. Apparently, it does nothing because returns now exceed sales.
