Apparently a non-obvious use of VR is work. I am very excited about the possibility of having a quality portable multi-monitor work environment. (The Oculus 2 isn't it.)
-
The Oculus 2 experience is decidedly sub "4k-ish." The hardware specifications are misleading.

It's also possible Apple releases these figures to see how the public reacts.

Frankly, 2% cash back for Apple Pay is the best general/standard reward in existence and no one should carry a balance, so the APR is virtually irrelevant.

X-ray vision at last!

AirPods Pro 2 are AirPods Max in your pocket, says Applenot. There's no comparison.

I can imagine spillover effects on his other companies, as employees increasingly express dissatisfaction with working for Musk. The implications could be significant for the U.S. space program and Ukraine (via StarLink).

Has ground been broken in Arizona yet? It takes years to build the most advanced manufacturing facilities.

I would guess that includes some Steve Jobs DNA.

One of the biggest reasons to buy an Apple TV: no ads! (well, aside from the newly promoted Featured section) Smart TVs (and other streaming devices) are potentially tracking and reporting everything you do--even volume changes and noting whether t…

It is very nice to take the occasional 48MP raw photo that doesn't enlarge to garbage.

People complain about paying taxes but it's a far better position to be in than not owing any.
-
Thank you, Mike! I’m happy to pay an “Apple tax” to avoid ads… while making the jobs of Apple employees easier, too.

Just came across this page on apple.com that says returned iPhones and iPads are assessed a restocking fee: 25% for open-box and 15% for unopened. I've never heard of this before. https://www.apple.com/sg_smb_5200/shop/help/returns_refund

If they’re testing 192GB RAM and the current Air can have 24GB, then I’d hope an Extreme Mac Pro configuration could have 384GB RAM and that the new 16” M2 MBP could have up to 96GB.
-
Apple's non-warranty battery replacement for the M1 is $99; for the M2 is $179.

store.apple.com was effectively down for many days, as examining one's bag or checking out led to a page-not-found error. Only the Apple Store app seemed to work. All avenues work now though.
