The main problem with your title is Music on iOS is also a misfire. I'd be happy if they added sort options for different selections that worked properly over USB - no one wants to hear an Artist's tracks in alphabetical order.

Presumably the living room or den where the main TV is located will also be where the TiVo DVR would be located and have full resolution available. This is for other rooms.
