Hm... think about if everyone really practiced this. It would cause an economic meltdown... all those stores go into debt to stock merchandise and hire employees for the biggest shopping day of the year, then no customers show up? A part of me reall…

Wow, good question. Tough one, though. What does one guage one's response on - physical prowess, keen detection skills, ability to banter with super-villains? I've been rewatching a lot of my favorite movies of late and I think Kevin Spacey rocks.

Since jeffyboy beat me to "Women and Men" (damn you!)... Fogging the view, cupping face to the window, in darkness you make out a spiraling shape. Putting all reason aside you exchange what you've got for a thing that's hypnotic and strange. …

On a recent road trip in my 2002 Civic (coupe so lower weight probably helps) I covered 290 miles in 3.75 hours (thus averaging 77.3 MPH) and burned 8.05 gallons of gas. Works out to 36 MPG. This was almost all highway mileage, obviously. Inciden…

I got a 1600 on my SATs... that probably should have one in the smug thread but the sad truth was that I still couldn't get into the colleges I wanted.
