I have Comcast High Speed Cable internet... it's $50 a month plus they accidentally gave us cable TV. $70?.. I don't know what you have but that's way to expensive.

Actually Safari 1.2 uses a number of things that are only in the Panther system so it's not just Apple trying to get you mad.

Yes, and all new computers will have a Mac OS 9 system folder, and applications folder, you just can't boot from it. Therefore classic will work.
