So will the Apple DVD player support 5.1 output with the G5? I currently use a Sonica, but it's nor supported by Apple's DVD player. The only app I can find that uses it is VLC, but that's still beta and has a tendency to crash.

Did anyone notice the plexiglass insert between the side door and the rest of the machine? Methinks it's a way to show off the insides while keeping the proper cooling airflow.
