Thank you. I've just installed this app. Works great!!! To all: Install and use this app, the difference to a native app is not that big. It feels a little bit like win98, but it's significantly faster than Office v.x, and it imports just fine. I …

ohphoneX works with Netmeeting and is free open source software. do a search on versiontracker. I'd recomend using ohphoneX just for the video/audio. for text etc. there are better programs out there.

I'm not using Panther, but on my Rev. A Powerbook I can get 30 fps when I record Video. I don't use iChat at the moment. The biggest problem with the recording of 30 fps full resolution is the slow HD, so I believe Panther won't make much of a diffe…

It's good to hear that at least some Computer-networks are working great with panther. I don't get Kernel Panics on normal use, even the beachball activity is acceptable. It's just when I am connected to a Windows machine that is configuring the Net…

I also own a 12"powerbook and an isight. I haven't used ichatAV for the same reasons, but I don't regret buying it, because there's a lot more you can do with the isight. If you google for isight you'll most likely find o'really pages, they have qu…

Thank you for this answer. I know they should be there. I even tried to move my Library to see if something would change. I couldn't find anything strange in the imovie.plist either. iMovie just says it can't find the Library :-(. On my last projec…

I've tested ophoneX on my local Network. It works quite well with Netmeeting. I've used it with my isight, but I believe you could use it for audio-only too. Try it, it's free: Here it is!

that's right, it is longer than on the display but shorter than before the update. Perhaps the battery isn't even charged completely, because charging seems faster now. (I haven't clocked the time before the update :-))

after each charge the full battery seems to last less long. I can get under two hours now with the LCD on minimum brightness. It also seems to be less real-life battery-time not only display. Can this damage the battery? Should I leave my Powerboo…

I have a similar problem here. I have 1:58 on my 12" powerbook now after a full dicharge-charge cycle. (brightness is turned down to 1) In normal conditions I can easyly get over 3-4 hours on a full charge. I haven't clocked this time, so probabl…

does anybody know if the siemens SX1 will work with romeo or a similar remote-control program? It seems like the perfect phone to me. Here's the link

Yes you can play decent games! I've been playing command & conquer red alert on my powerbook 12" on VirtualPC :-)! If that's not enough for you, buy a playstation2 :-)

I've found a way!!! 1.) Connect your USB-mouse 2.) Put your Powerbook 12" to sleep 3.) Connect the TV adapter 4.) click the mouse to wake the powerbook Now the powerbook is assuming it displays the video to your TV, even if only the adapter is …
