The "clickwheel" is a definite improvement over the 3G button design. When driving, I constantly brush the wrong button because of their sensitivity. I think the clickwheel would work a lot better in "feel only" usage conditions.

There is a lot of smack talked about the eMac, but quite frankly, it is an excellent computer for the money. Sure, us armchair product pricing experts can throw out any price we imagine; $100 iPod Mini, $500 computer, but we haven't a clue what i…

Trying it from work now on Windows. Boooooo I know! Will try on Apple when I get home. So far, it's the fastest browser on Windows. Being derived from Mozilla, you would think the speed would be the same, but it's faster. I guess when you st…

How about an electronic vagina? That way, Mac users can really show their computers how they feel about them. Not to leave the ladies out, Apple can build something to _accommodate_ them too.

Don't wait. The G5, especially the dual, has enough power to do anything you can dream up, for years to come. If you need more power, clustering G5 Xserves together is the way to go. Don't let anyone tell you that a few more megahertz is goin…

If you take a look at the seven (7) fans blowing across the new G5 Xserve processors, you will realize it will be a little while longer before the technology will make it into a 1 inch thick notebook. But it will happen, no doubt.

Something is happening here, and I'm getting a little worried. But first, let me pose you a question: Is Murbot actually concerned about any of us, or does he just want to subvert existing lines of power and information? After reading this post, you…

That server needs a killer app. Apple needs an Exchange killer. E-mail, calendar, shared address book, public folders, the whole shooting match. At my work, Exchange 2003 won again. Why? There is barely nothing else out there. Sun, Orac…

Thank you for your help. Apple sure does like to wait to the last minute... Its hard to book satellite time at a University... or anywhere for that matter.

01-04-04 --- Apple is really dragging their feet... Got a Media number for Apple yesterday. Will call about noon tomorrow.

01-02-04 still looking. Have e-mailed Apple PR... waiting for response.

When buying movies online, you have to get them to the TV. Watching them on a computer is nice, but you really want them on your TV. Just like the iPod eliminates the need to burn CDs, this iBox should eliminate the need to burn DVDs.

Remember the desk in Tron? The entire desk surface was a touchscreen, complete with keyboard.

Anything that holds more than 72 minutes of music, the amount on a standard CD, is a revolution. I only have a little over 600 songs, totaling just over 2 gigs on my 10 gig iPod. If Apple comes out with a 1 gig iPod, that would be a 300 song c…
