Great info, thanks. Now I just need to find one that doesn't have a shiny frame-I hate glare!

Intersting, so a 5ms response time won't make much of a difference than a 8ms response time?

Sounds great. I will definitely want to do that. Can't wait for the new Mini to come out! Any tips on a Monitor? Looking for no bigger than 20 inches.

I'm surprised it can do this between different OS's, that's convenient. Will the bookmarks come through on Safari just as they are in my older Safari? When I tried importing them before just by using the import/export debug menu from one computer to…

Cool, thanks.

I've been researching samsung, NEC, and Acer. Not sure which model to get yet and I have to make sure the frame isn't glossy because I hate glare.

I also don't think we'll ever see the Mini with 4Gb standard, but I also don't understand why the margins are low on this computer. It's only $300 less than the iMac which has a 20" LCD in addition to better specs and a camera. I would think Apple …

Apple likes to get add-ons so I don't think they would ever go for 4Gb, but it can't hurt to ask!

http://www.apple.com/feedback/macmini.html I just wrote to them about the RAM issue. Anyone here who agrees that it should be 2GB standard please also write to Apple. It worked for the Macbook, maybe it will work for the Mini.

The question is, when will the next speed bump be? If its in 2 months I can wait, but by the end of december I want to get something to replace my long in the tooth ibook.
-
Didn't Apple have a site where people can give our opinions and comments? Do they still have it?
-
I'll check the prices from macmall, etc. If bumping up to 4Gb isn't that expensive I may just do that.

I'm sure I can get used to the widescreens, and from what I see I have to because almost everything is wide now. The one thing that I have to make sure of is that the case around the screen is not shiny. I hate glare. Any thoughts on which monitor …
