Many of the things discussed above by Kormac are been there, done that. Smart display from Microsoft comes and goes, same for WIFI-based tablet. I do see Apple probably pick up one or 2 failed projects and improved it to such a point that it is usab…

I think the best hint is given by Apple, not kormac. Why does Apple insists of giving the Airport Express a big name like "Airport Express + AirTunes?" (and why not give a name to the wireless USB printing?) The answer must be fairly clear - AirTune…

New media players already go for HD and 802.11g (Airport Extreme). I thought Steve Jobs is already very clear that there will not be a mobile video player anytime soon. I think he has proven his record that when he said no-PDA, it really means no-PD…

Combined all these you will get a video iPod with HD screen size with WIFI that streams QuickTime media over the air. I highly doubt it. But you probably might get 1 or 2 right from all those random quotes though.

So this time Apple is not going to buy SGI anymore?

Every single OS out there has a front end (if it does not have, then it does not need one). Apple is not going to have an easy time asking them to implement QuickTime on top of the OS, and replace the front end. And there isn't a QuickTime for Li…

I found it rather strange. I have been to JavaOne a few times, and they occupied the whole Moscone Center! How is it possible to squeeze in a WWDC? And, the next generation of Java 1.5 is codename Tiger, the same as OS X 10.4. Oh I see. OS X …
