New class action suit resurrects iPhone throttling controversy
“Today's lawsuit claims battery management tools were pushed out to "camouflage" a "defect" in iPhone..”
So I am still waiting for the “camouflage” evidence, or is that just their opinion for convenience of the lawsuit?
”Camouflage” or to hide fraud, or deceive is something that Apple has a long and abundant history.
”Apple is subject only to claims that were not covered under the previous settlement, and there appears to be significant overlap with the current filing.”
Proof, that poorly constructed lawsuits are filed all the time, because, Apple, is where the money is at!!
