Both are tiny compared to millimeter wave radar used for years by militaries on multiple continents. Perhaps you can find an example of such radar crashing a civilian aircraft; but, I couldn’t. Please, by all means, if you can find such an example, share it here.

Military experience with millimeter wave radar says otherwise and such radars pump out a lot more energy than a smartphone. If what they are alleging was true, civilian planes would be crashing every time a military helicopter illuminated it with its radar. Strangely, I can’t find a single instance of this ever occurring. Could it be that like many bureaucrats, they are fear mongering to maintain and grow their power? No, it couldn’t be that…

FTC could also add multiple counts of fraud, given Meta’s filing in their defense against journalist John Stossel’s defamation suit asserting that their “fact checks” are mere opinion, and therefore not subject to defamation claims, as opposed to claims of asserted facts which are untrue. The mere assertion of an opinion as fact is a fraudulent statement, and Meta has made a great number of such assertions. Indeed, the Stossel lawsuit filing would be evidence of such.

I take it you enjoy making alarmist claims in contradiction of facts. The FCC has sold rights to specific frequencies to the telcos. Those specific frequencies are not simultaneously authorized to aviation use. C-Band has been in general use since the 1950s. If the appeal to emotion fallacy scenario you are painting was supported by facts, then the scenario you depict would have already occurred, providing factual data. Please try to constrain yourself to facts and logic, as difficult as you may find it.

I doubt this design will hold up as well, or enjoy the same water and dust resistance as current monolithic designs Indeed, I strongly suspect the hinge point will become a magnet for mold in humid climates.
