You should wear an Apple Watch, your phone will stay unlocked won't it? Saves you taking your gloves off.There are huge limitations with Facial Recognition. Let me give you an example.I ride motocycles. The law means that I have to wear a crash helmet. In winter I wear a silk balaclava underneath that. Coupled with active tint glasses there is often no bit of my face visible.
How would facial recog work then eh?
Now, with touch Id, I can simply stop the bike, take off one glove and touch the phone and I can use the phone. My crash helmet has BT connectivity to my phone.

Waiting to see what Fitbit releases this fall - I was only interested in health and fitness anyway and dreaded the bulk of Apple Watch.
Just received a replacement Gen 1 after the watch battery expanded and popped the screen off the watch. They've extended the warranty for expanding battery issues for 3 years as well.

Target denies reports of imminent Apple Pay addition to retail stores
the checkout experience at Target, Home Depot and Walmart are one of the worst. I notice the friction when checking out and it annoys me, and it makes buying online more appealing for me. They need to slow Amazon.com down - making the checkout process less painful is a step towards that.
