Received the original Series Zero 4 years ago today. Kept it til Series 3 in Fall 2017 so I could participate in the Apple-Stanford Heart Study which has since ended. Now can’t wait to buy a new Series 5 this Fall. My style/model that I’ll stick with is the 44mm Gold Aluminum with the Pink Sand Loop GPS+Cell. Love it love it love it love it A LOT!

My Gold 512GB Xs Max was delivered this morning by FedEx about 10:30am. This was the smoothest transition from one iPhone (7+) to the next ever. Even the switch for my WATCH Series 3 connection from the 7+ to the Xs Max was almost uneventful. This is by far the most amazing iPhone ever. Thank you Tim and all the hard working Apple employees who made this day possible.

I’m an older man without heart issues and I can’t justify $608 for a series 4 when I just spent $500 a year ago for the Series 3 LTE. I’ll buy a Series 5 next year.

Meanwhile my new Gold 512GB iPhone Xs Max is arriving tomorrow via FedEx. Been hanging onto my 7 Plus for two years. So it looks like I’m going to alternate each year between a new iPhone now and a new WATCH next year and so forth.

Congrats to everyone in their respective queues. My new Gold 512GB Xs Max is being delivered to me tomorrow by FedEx. Ft Worth TX to Memphis TN and on to Santa Cruz CA!! 😱🤪

He wouldn’t want to spend iPhone X prices so it got me having a look at what Apple offers and I can’t see any justification for upgrading to anything but the X. And even then a sensible person would wait until October now.

Didn’t buy X because it’s screen is physically narrower than my 7Plus screen. Although I did buy the SE last year, this was the first year I didn’t upgrade my top of the line model with the next year’s top of the line model. Buying X Plus Sim Free in October-November.

The size of the X screen, NOT THE PRICE, is what held back a lot of us big screen fanboys from buying it. Hope the top will also include 512GB storage option, 4GB System Ram. I think there will be massive demand for the X Plus models ongoing after launch. Your friend should definitely wait for the 7nm A12 even if he wants just the X.
