sort of. no need to putting resources into a phone OS does free up Microsoft to do some crazy things. Competition is a good thing. Now the ball is in Apple's court.

well, 30% drop in Greater China. that one is going to hurt. iPhone 7 will most certainly do worse than iPhone 6S. Apple needs to put top notch people in China to understand better. Chinese market is very cutting throat with some many ambitious local players. Was Apple blindsided by its own "flaw" data as not to see the trend in China? Once lost I am not sure Apple to reacquire those customers even with a "superior" iPhone 8. TC's many visits to China doesn't bear any fruit with the China customers. Those trump the sameness of iPhone 7 just don't understand the meaning of iPhone being a status symbol. Comparing iPhone 7's sameness to Porche 911's sameness is beyond foolish.

Google is too proud to price the Pixel phones anything other than the same as iPhone. On the hardware spec the Pixel phones are really outdated. The back of the Pixel phone are just hideous. If you need glass then do the glass iPhone 5/5s/SE way. And with all the human brain power and AI brain power they come up with "Real Blue", "Quite Black" etc, what the fuck was Google marketing people thinking? Is that a signal the marketing people don't have much confidence in the products? Weird. It is great DED would call out Pixel phones what they are really are while other bloggers, journalists just ignore the obvious facts. I am sure the price for Pixel would be slashed or discounted heavily during the holiday season.
