I have never heard of "tablet glove" and I have no issues with my palms on my iPad Pro. Must be Surface thing.

The encryption is end to end - only the devices on the end have the keys to encrypt and decrypt, the servers have no way of knowing what is in the data without the keys so they just "carry" data. 

 Pretty sure that they will have a meta tag that specifies which encryption algorithm to use in their RCS Universal Profile and the devices will alert users if it's not secure. Just like you see with the SSL with modern browsers. 

I am sure Apple is working on many technological concepts, only waiting for the patents to expire and incorporate them into their devices or services. Patents are often what holds companies back - suppose there's a patent on algorithm that provides improved performance, using that patent in chip without licensing could invite lawsuits.

It's just unbelievable. Why Ultra 2 when M3 Max can do just fine on a much smaller factor and comes with XDR display???
