Mentioned as the basis of going after Apple and AirTag "[insert device here]...is its unparalleled accuracy, ease of use and affordability." Sounds like a template line for a lot of things that are legal and might be used for harmful purposes. If there is a strong ruling on this, it might have judicial relevance to many more things than AirTags. I personally doubt it will go far.

Will the GM version will need be a lot better than CarPlay to make buyers notice? I think so. At this point, everyone has an iPhone or Android phone that can integrate with cars. I am curious what features GM would offer that would make me swoon, apart from the features of the EV model itself.

I understand the USB-C standard and that the charging speeds should not being throttled, as the point was to limit charger e-waste . But the EU wants to define data transfer speeds? Overreach.
