UBS sees record 75M holiday iPhone sales driven by Apple's lower priced models
"Citing the latest data from Consumer Intelligence Research Partners, UBS analyst Steven Milunovich.."
Is using Milunovich and 'Intelligence' in the same sentence a 'contradiction', 'oxymoron' or just a joke ?
He is no friend of AAPL. He is more wrong than right and his AAPL targets have more ups and downs than a yo-yo.

Tim Cook, Apple employees volunteer at San Jose elementary school for MLK Day
cash907censored said:Nice gesture. How many people of color on the Apple board, again?
The community should be grateful to Cook and the Apple employees that took part in this. It might also temper your remarks to remind you that Cook is one of the wealthy CEOs who have pledged nearly all their fortunes to charitable causes.

Apple A9 chip fab TSMC reports record earnings, casting further doubt on 'Peak iPhone'

I am wondering in what exact realm of reality was DED in when he wrote this glowing report about TSMC when the Bloomberg report was referenced. The Bloomberg report is an extremely dire report that offers very little light. Even though TSMC had a profit of NT$72.8 billion, which beat the NT$68.5 billion projected by 26 analysts, Bloomberg made it clear the fourth-quarter net income fell 9%. Bloomberg did not give nearly an inch of good news. Unless there was another version of this story, I am surprised how DED was able to find sweet lemonade from the lemons dished out by Tim Culpin of Bloomberg! And, even though TSMC supplies chips to other companies, ONLY Apple is the cause of TSMC's weakness according to Bloomberg.

Aaron Sorkin & Kate Winslet pick up Golden Globes for roles in Steve Jobs biopic
iSalmanPak said:I was hoping someone would have hired Daniel Dilger to write the screenplay. Of course the movie would have been 6 hours long, but we would have seen the parts they left out, like where Jobs invented the polio vaccine and was the first man on the moon.
