New 15-inch MacBook Air will stick with M2 over M3, says supply chain
M3 Seems to be an obvious debut on a new model and considering the M2 will be at least a year old this summer, I'm not sure where this rumour is coming from, it'd make more sense to delay it's release if the processor was running behind.
Really hoping the M3 brings back 2 external displays support as it seems insane to have to pay $2k+ for that feature. -

Compared: New iPad versus 2021 iPad

The Mac Mini is customizable to 2tb though and you can use a third party 4K display assuming you want to save money from the Mac Studio. -

Literally just a chip upgrade, otherwise everything else is the same and none should change their minds on these, maybe someone buying a 2021 on a budget.
It also maintains the 11inch having an inferior screen which is such a bad distinction given the Air and now base model have basically the same screen size wise. -

Really don’t understand why they don’t just merge the 2 models at a $500 price now since I can’t see many people considering those upgrades worth $150 more. Also what is with coming out with the Apple Pencil gen 1 to USB C adapter, years after making people replace there’s on the Pro and Air lineup, seems like such a logical back step?
