By always doing what you have always done do not expect to improve. I have several mapping apps as I like to compare, but if I had to use only one it would be Apple Maps.

Maybe you should examine your platform setup. My family of 4 have no problems with Apple Music on an iPhone 5s, 6, 6+ and 6s+. Apple Music works fine on my Pioneer CarPlay unit in my truck (granddaughter loves the Pioneer remote so she can skip songs). How much money is Spotify making with their marketshare? The holy grail of marketshare is a myth of number manipulators justifying their position as analyst.

The idea of marketshare is so wrong. I cannot understand how people keep speaking of Apples marketshare as if it's important. Apple is not losing customers. The market as a whole is increasing the number of available customers. And if the number of available customers grows faster than Apple grows their number of customers then Apple's market share based on customers will be less. Apple runs a profitable business.

I opened the AppStore on my iPad and searched for "music". First listed app was Apple Music, the second listed app was Spotify. I fail to see the problem. Apple built and maintains the AppStore and can run it as they see fit. If you do not like the terms of service just don't participate.
