USB-A to USB-C and USB-C to USB-C charger/cable you need. No big deal about lightening to USB-C transition. It is just a cable and corresponding charger to charge a phone. If you have recent iPad Air than you already have USB-C charger and cable.

USB-C port charger/s and cables are in most homes, not a big deal. Most iPhone users have one other Apple or android product/s in house so they know how to charge iPhone 15 through USB-C port. In general iPhone 15 USB-C charging is a mute discussion.
