The potential TikTok ban is being decided on by the wrong people
Long as it is not directly or indirectly under the control of Chinese Communist Party, all good. In it's present state, believing Tik-Tok can be kept out of influence and control of PRC is naive and fool's thinking. China can shut down any company's operation like Google when did not follow Chinese government directive. So, why USA can not do similar. In fact, US Congress is not asking Tik-Tok to shut down but keep it's American business(algorithms, push notifications, data management, etc) separate from the Chinese government influence. So, stop supporting current state of Tik-Tok. TikTok either go away doing business in US or follow American laws like foreign companies in China have to follow Chinese laws. That simple. -

Apple's first foldable screen probably won't be on the iPhone

If it doubles again this year and Apple has no equivalent offering, come October, how might things look in China when some have already claimed that the lack of a folding or flip option impacted their latest results in China?
The Razr had appeal and that is clearly one of the selling points of a flip phone. Forget other considerations for a moment.

The Rococo and Grey options for that phone look absolutely gorgeous.
When Razr phone came, there wasn't other better non-flip options and Razr had mechanical hinges that can last longer than folding screen. I like to know after 2-3 years of usage how that folding screen phones of Samsung or Huawei holds ? Initial purchase price and repair cost is also to be considered.

Apple is working on at least two folding iPhone prototypes
AppleZulu said:This won’t happen. It serves no purpose beyond novelty, while adding expense, decreasing durability, increasing warranty claims, and lowering customer satisfaction ratings.
Said completely right in few words. I like to know long term durability of folding phones especially where it bends.
