    Likely will need separate approval for each model. If the underlying software is the same, then separate approval would come much more quickly from the FDA.
    Would not affect the timeline for two reasons. One, they can always add as an update for each model just like they are doing here or two, they build the expected timeline for FDA approval into the launch plans from the start.

    I am upgrading my 12Pro. That decision is helped along by the fact that I can get $1,000 trade-in from AT&T. So, if I step up my storage, my monthly payment is only $2.75/mo.

  • AirPods Max just got the laziest and most disappointing update possible

    It's no longer a technical barrier, and hasn't been for years. Bluetooth 6 can convey high bitrate lossless audio wirelessly.

    For some reason Apple didn't bother with it, and stayed on Bluetooth 5.0.

    Not going to argue the other points, bu wasn't the BT 6 standard just adopted? If so, to expect upgrades to BT would seem unrealistic.

    Not if you use the camera a lot. Among other things, it clearly reduces the steps necessary to start a video if your default camera action is photos. Also seems much easier to make adjustments while shooting.

    My battery life is definitely shorter, but I still get a full day of awake time. My watch usually goes on around 7:00am and needs to charge by 9 or 10:00 pm.
    Would consider an upgrade this year. Especially, if it was thinner.
