Hope they make a Lightning version of the In Ear Headphones as well. The standard EarPods don't work for me at all. They fall right out of my ear with any sort of movement.

Yeah, the battery life of my iPhone 6 has considerably deteriorated in the last few months. It's only an $80 replacement, which I'm going to do regardless. When it comes to upgrading to the next iPhone, I think I'll base my judgment on the finished product, not a few rumored case leaks. I'd like to know what this phone can actually do before I make up my mind on it. It's quite premature to say this iPhone will be a failure based on the rear shell design.

Doesn't seem to have the usual rubber strain relief following the plastic connector housing like most Apple cables seem to have.

Apple hasn't specified what kind of wireless protocol Auto Unlock relies on, but it's presumably Bluetooth, since that has a short enough range to be precise, and Macs lack any built-in NFC support -- at least so far.
