“Overpriced” is not an objective term. Some would say a tub of Haagen-Dazs ice cream is overpriced because they can buy the local grocery store brand for half the price. So when one of the AI trolls gets all riled up and calls Apple products “overpriced junk” you have to imagine their perspective when claiming this. As for margins, well, Samsung, Huawei, Google, et al, would sell their grandmothers into slavery to have the margins that Apple enjoys. But guess what? They can’t achieve that because they don’t have 40 years of experience and satisfied customers in building a reputation for quality. The ones here who rag on about Apple pricing are no different than those who think a BMW is overpriced compared to a Chevy Spark at a third the price. A car is a car is a car, and the sole purpose of a car is to get you from one place to another. So any car will do and the cheapest one is best. Same goes for the person who buys a $499 Dell off the shelf from Walmart and thinks Apple products are overpriced junk.
